Material for March 14, 2026 Gathering:
- Craig Strafford’s nomination for Wilmington College Board of Trustees: C.V. ((this is password protected for Craig’s privacy — please contact the Yearly Meeting office from a know YM contact to be given the password via text or phone call))
- Eastern Hills Minute Affirming God-given Rights of Persons and Nature: minute presented for consideration of approval by the entire Wilmington Yearly Meeting. Approved by Eastern Hills Monthly Meeting on February 22, 2026. Background from Eastern Hills: “After a discussion on how we were feeling led as Friends to respond to the aggressive actions against protesters and potential undocumented immigrants, the meeting approved bringing forward a minute for our consideration and for possible publication in our local newspaper. At the end of our discussion, Friends brought up other concerns in addition to aggressive actions against immigrants. As a result, we have approved a much broader minute regarding the alignment of the founding values of the US and of Quakers, and our desire to see everyone recommit to these values.”

WYM Expenditure Request Form Fillable Committee clerks, please download, complete, and email this form to the Yearly Meeting office to request funds as approved by your committee. The Minute from your committee meeting approving the expenditure should accompany the completed form if possible. Thank you for your efforts in helping the Finance Committee perform their role of good financial stewardship of the Yearly Meeting’s finances!
