Mental Health First Aid Training
Earlham School of Religion’s Quaker Leadership Center is again making Mental Health First Aid Training & Certification available to Friends!
This offering will be online on Friday, August 28 from 9 AM to 5 PM with a cost of $135. (This is $15 less than they had been able to charge in the past.) Kelly Burk will again provide the training. As those of you who have gone through the training know, she does an excellent job.
QLC has funds to assist Friends in participating. (Theye are able to provide very generous funding to Friends under the age of 40, thanks to a Shoemaker Fund grant.) Please have Friends who need scholarships contact the Quaker Leadership Center at qlcoffice@earlham.edu. They will work with every person’s financial circumstances.
The registration deadline is August 24 and is a firm deadline, since participants need to complete some pre-work prior to the day of the workshop.
