Wilmington Yearly Meeting 2026
Yearly Meeting will be held in Wilmington, Ohio, this year from July 23 (Thursday evening) through July 26 (Sunday morning). Below the registration form (scroll down — the green box that says “next” is part of the registration form!”) is the TENTATIVE schedule (in highly unsatisfactory formatting….my apologies!).
Fees: The Program Planning Committee has decided to continue the “Pay as Led” model previously adopted for the Seasonal Gatherings. A donation of $20 per person is encouraged to help cover the costs of printing Yearly Meeting resources, including Minute Books, Advance Reports, and Memorial booklets. Donations can be made via check or cash, either in advance or at Yearly Meeting, or through our PayPal account.
Meals are separate from the registration. Saturday’s lunch is provided as a by-donation fundraiser for Youth & Young Adult. Information on the USFW banquet on Friday night will be posted as soon as it is available!
